I’m getting a head-start on the setlist again this week, since I happen to be sitting in front of my computer right now anyways. Goin’ on the air at 11pm as per usual, with the usual mix of insanely varied tracks involving inebration and related items. Not a ton of new music this week – and a couple of the tracks I’ve selected for this evening are (gack!) instrumentals, but they’re neat. Or long enough that I can get a cigarette break in. They’re guaranteed to be at least ONE of those.<\/p>\n
Also got some new stuff that’s quite rockin’; if you didn’t make it down to see Tub Ring<\/a> on Saturday (you didn’t; that was the most woefully underattended event I’ve been to in quite a long while) then you’ll get to hear a track off their new album for the FIRST TIME, which is good. I don’t think they PLAYED this track, so even if you WERE there, you still get to hear it for the first time. Unless you already own it, anyways, but it just came out so you probably don’t. The other guys who opened for them were rock-solid as well, but neither of them happened to have any tracks about drinking handy, so I’m still trying to decide if I should just use the fact that I was drunk when I saw them as justification, or leave it to another show to turn you on to Foxy Shazzam<\/a> and The Show Is the Rainbow<\/a>.
